How to vote for Robert Bowsher...

Vote number 25All graduates who have received a first or bachelor's degree or an advanced degree from the University, and former students (limited to those persons who have satisfactorily passed one semester's or two terms' work, or more, in any of the University courses requiring two years, or more, for completion) shall be eligible to vote for alumni trustees, at the election next following the year of their graduation or the year following that in which they were no longer in attendance at the University.

To be eligible, former students must have been full time for at least one semester or two terms, have been in a degree seeking program, and have passed. Currently enrolled students are not eligible.

Alumni may request a nomination or election ballot by following these steps:

  • Go to
  • Click on the “request a ballot” link
  • Complete and submit the “Alumni Trustee Election Ballot Request” form
  • Call Votenet (866-307-0041) if you don’t receive your ballot within 3 days
  • Vote for Robert J Bowsher, 1986

Important dates to remember:

  • Nominations close on February 25th at 5:00pm EST
  • Candidates ballot positions are announced on March 1
  • Voting opens on April 10 (Monday) at 12:01am EST
  • Voting closes on May 4 (Thursday) at 9:00am EST

Once your alumni record is qualified, a ballot will be sent to you electronically. Alumni who receive the nomination ballot will automatically receive the election ballot on April 10. There is no need to send an additional request to receive a ballot. Alumni who have no internet access must call Votenet (866) 307-0041 to request a ballot. Once your alumni record is qualified, a ballot will be mailed to you.

Qualified alumni who receive 250 or more nominating votes, and who accept the nomination in writing, will have their names placed on an election ballot which is sent to the alumni (specified in the paragraph above) on April 10. On May 4, the ballots will be tabulated in the presence of two trustee tellers. The three candidates receiving the highest number of votes will be declared elected.
